I would question the value of that much mobility for health though.

Do you notice that she preferentially uses her left hip for extension and one direction for trunk rotation, if i am not wrong it is left(?) rotation.

hermanchauw, you pose an interesting set of questions.

this level of flexibility seems more "stunt" oriented than health oriented.

however, the second question makes the assumption that this favoritism (one side over the other... something like "right or left handed"?) is a developmental characteristic, and not a characteristic of the routine she has been rehearsing and performing. her demonstration on the show may be missing elements (props, other performers, lighting, time available, etc).

still, the preferences were somewhat pronounced.
