Hello Tribe,

I am going to Hawaii at the end of May and one of the things I am looking forward to is my first surfing experience. I want to be as ready as possible so that I can have the best experience I can in the short amount of time I am going to be there.

What I am mainly looking for is info about the physiologic profile of surfing. I have never done it and need to know what kind of motions go into it and what to focus on. I am also perfectly happy to take specific exercize suggestions.

I am currently recovering from a minor muscle pull in my shoulder, but I expect it will be fine by next week. Other than that I am injury free. I am going to be converting some of my regular training sessions to focus on this goal. I will continue to do a Warrior Wellness/Prime Your Bioenergy session in the morning as well as 4-5 Martial Arts sessions per week.

I have two 30-45 minute sessions 6 days per week that I can devote to this. I am a CST coach and a ROSS I1 so I am familiar with most of Coach Sonnon's material. In terms of equipment I have two 15# Clubbells and an Indo Board.
