Hi

Does anyone have any great change in their programs. Myself have been working out for 16 years so Have done tons of stuff. Always lifted weight and what not..

Now It seems I just want to run, stretch, kettlebell and Clubbell workouts, which is a great change of what I used to do. I would have not have dreamed I would ever run and here I am.

Anyone else go through changes through their years of working out??

for me it's more like seasons that we all go through at different times in our lives depending on where we live, how we are built, what we like at the time, and what we are doing at the time, etc.

For instance, right now I am very high on OCS and exploiting every ounce of my youthfull ability to heal and recover in my super high volume preparation for the first competition.

So I guess what I'm saying is find what moves you and go for it at that time, then don't be attached to wherever it leads you.
