After the ROSS IDP, I decided to take a long break with just Warrior Wellness in order to let my body recover before CST Delta...

Well, I lasted at least a couple of days.

The Mill-A-Thon!!

I started with a session of Warrior Wellness. Afterwards, I could hear the call of the Clubbells and I gave in (but I decided to leave the Bruiser where it was for now). I thought I’d do a few Mills with the 25’s. Then, while carrying them outside I figured I might as well do ‘em OCS style.

125/125 in 10 minutes (had 21 seconds left)
-took a 20 minute rest
Did a few grip specific exercises and then grabbed the 15’ers

Mill/Reverse Mill combo:
Did these “ladder” style. Started with 1 Mill, 1 Reverse Mill on the right, hand change, and repeat on the left. Worked up to 10. I don’t know how many it was and I was too tired to count them. The arm pump was crazy and I still can’t take my watch off.

Anyway, that should keep my Clubbell addiction at bay for at least the next couple of days.

All for today,

Brandon,
I'm just curious about the Mill/Reverse Mill move. Did you finish the Mill with the inward pendulum and then let the club fall back across the center of the body before reeling it in for the Reverse Mill? Or did you pull the club in directly from the end of the pendulum to the shoulder cast so there was no rest? Basically, if you do it that way (the second one) it is an ABC side swipe with one hand. I enjoy doing parallels this way. But I guess they are not parallels, but side swipes with two clubs.

Casey,
I was doing it the first way, letting each Mill go through the centerline (like in OCS) then on the last one, I would bring it through again stopping when the Clubbell was parallel to the ground and reverse the motion to begin the Reverse Mills.
