Surprised Coach Sonnon and crew haven't been posting much lately. Taking a well-deserved break, perhaps? Filming Shadow Work maybe?

I'm wheels-up in a few, so talk to you after the next flurry of events: Arnold Expo, ROSS IDP, CST Delta.
CST Delta is the weekend of March 26 so we must talk amongst ourselves (http://www.angelfire.com/tv2/coffeetalk/Sounds.html) a bit longer, counting recovery time too of a week or more. :D :D
