Breath Training Device

I remember reading in either the ScottSonnonLive.com posts or in one of the forum threads about a Russian scientists who developed a device for breath retraining. I wanted to learn more about this concept..can anyone tell me what his name was or what the device was called?

Coach no longer recommends this device called Frolov’s Respiration Training Device. Last I looked there are still distributors in North America.

Coach Sonnon stated that BeBreathe and RESET breathing is more effective for the athletic and general population. Coach has posted on this topic in various RMAX forums and magazine.
