Name: Travis McHugh
Age: 33
Height 5'8"
Weight 176 (and dropping)
Located: Richmond, VA
Hometown: Toms River, NJ
Education: BFA Graphic Design, Savannah College of Art and Design
Occupation: Digital Media Support Specialist (all things Macintosh)
Family: Wife and daughter (13 months)

Training:
- Aikido about 7 years ago, until I got lazy on a diving roll and landed on the top of my shoulder. Couldn't lift my right arm over my head for a long time (It hurts when I lift my arm this way, then don't lift your arm that way...). Shoulder only bothers me if I don't do ROMs
- 3 years ago started kickboxing and dabbled in grappling, stopped formal gym training a bit over a year ago
- Today, I try to incorporate as much biomechanical efficiency and grace into my daily life and train as often as I can. My wife suffers from post partum psychosis/post traumatic stress syndrome, so I spend a lot of time with her and our child and train when I can.
- I try to get in a WW routine at least 4 days a week, and try to throw in exercises and chains from various RMAX series
- Every bluemoon I get a chance to contact Slade Billew and hopefully will get a chance to train with him again in the future.

How I came across Coach Sonnon's material:
In 2000, I was researching alterantives to training besides the kickboxing I was doing. I came across the old AMERROSS site which was very dark and played Russian music. At first I was put off by the site, but kept coming back and eventually ordered the Zdorovye Health Series. I've been hooked ever since.

RMAX Products I own:
Zdorovye Health series, Shockability, IOUF, Fisticuffs, Grapplers Toolbox, Arthrokinetics, Be Breathed, Body Flow (tapes and book), Leg Fencing, Warrior Wellness and CST book

Favorite Products:
Warrior Wellness.
Slavyanskiy Byeg. That tape changed the way I walk and introduced me to trotting. I utilize some aspect of it every day.

Goals:
To lead a healthier lifestyle, keep up with my daughter as she grows older and instill the value of grace and efficient movement in her life.
