I neglected to add my monthly report in my whirlwind tour of the East Coast...
All the long hours of intense CB swinging and martial arts over the past couple weeks severely leaned out my BF and dropped me to 192lbs.

Time to put some meat back on these bones:

Although CST Delta approaches this weekend, I was feeling froggy.

Today's Workout:

Warrior Wellness Advanced
Prime Your Bioenergy

2x30/30 25lbs Heavy Reverse Mills
5x5 Double 45lbs Bruiser Cleans to Shoulder Park
5x5 Double 45lbs Bruiser Cleans to Order

Skills grooving well.

Coach

Your workout is great. Do you ever do anything extra for your legs, since they don't directly get hit with the your club workout?

JasonL

Don't directly hit my legs? :o

Slow tempo, hi-volume or intense Clubbell cleans, parallels, swings, swipes, squats... are a gut-wrenching, hurl-inducing full body workout. Most people I suspect would say the strongest (and largest) aspect of me are my legs & glutes.

Naa, its because all those hill runs you do :D kidding :D

That s true about ones whole body with CB. Probalby meaning that a lot of exercises are not done with FULL squats..BUT could be...which makes it even MORE tougher.
