I'm about halfway through my Swipe Density program, and I expect to finish it in just a couple more weeks. Jason's Swipe Density Program (http://circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1759)

How important is it to go to a significantly lighter program following a Density cycle?

I was thinking that a 2-3 week learning protocol to figure out how to do Mills might be a good idea, perhaps followed by a Mills Density Cycle.

My weight has stabilized at roughly 210; the rapid weight loss just isn't happening right now. I am feeling good in my heavy workouts and MMA sessions, so I know I'm not wasting my time. I'd like to bump up the fat loss again, as my other goals will be met just by doing what I need to do for that. I am getting a bit stricter on the diet, but what else can I do without overtraining?

I'm open to a lot of ideas on this, folks!
