What a superb weekend of hi-caliber new instructors! I am proud to have had the opportunity to share the pain with you, and impressed by the level to which you lifted the bar.

From Australia to the UK, from Hawaii to Pennsylvania, the troops displayed an incredible diversity of backgrounds and goals.

I look forward to all of your work, and seeing the new directions you pioneer with the material.

A big thanks to the head coach staff, Doug Szolek (and his ABC clinic), Brandon Jones (and his OCS clinic) and Dan Chomycia (with his Mobilized Strength and Catch-as-Catch-Can clinics) - and especially for all of the one-on-one attention you provided for all of the conscripts.

Of course special thanks to the boss, Nikolay Travkin, for all of his administrative savvy and organization of the event. Without him, none of this would ever happen.

I'll be offline for approximately one more week, so I look forward to reading all of the stories when I return.

I would like to acknowledge Lee Hadden for his appointment to our staff as a CST Head Coach. Lee will be conducting certification seminars in the UK and Europe beginning next month. Don't miss an opportunity to train with this man, who was very much groomed since birth to be a professional strength and conditioning specialist.

Congratulations Lee!

The CST Delta experience for me has been a life changing experience. The caliber of knowledge and performance was inspiring and I felt so out of place development wise. I have now something to strive for and my passion for physical culture and life in general is renewed and refreshed.

We have something really special with CST and I'm just starting to realize the tip of this gargatuan ice berg. What a resource we have here.

Thank you to all for making this a truly a postive growth experience and sweating 'honestly' as Steve Barnes eloquently put it.

sincerely,
Dan

PS My legs nearly gave in several times as I walking throughout campus and we didn't even get to do legs.
