Was wondering if there were any ideas on how you could incorporate a CST Training Program for soccer players. If I remember correctly AC Milan, one of the top teams in Europe, had representatives attend when Coach Sonnon was in Italy. Interested in how one could add this type training into a training program for soccer players.

Me too.
I have a friend who was with me right at the start when I got into CST. He isn't as literary as me and doesn't come online to read.....
He is getting back into football (soccer for you) and I would love to help him get into a program for it.
I guess, like everything, it depends on the primary goals.
i.e. what aspects of football is one intending to improve?
There are many areas to the game.
I would imagine that running and sprint work would be good.... also a healthy dose of ground engagement could be good along with other body-flow exercises to help with slide tackling.
Some Clubbell exercises that involve strong hip rooting could be good for building a solid base for standing tackling.
Things like dragon twists and chinese squats could be good for chasing or evading an opponent by building the dynamic strength in the legs for rapid changes in direction.
There are just so many areas one could focus on.

Coach Al-mulla's experience in this particular area would be a great resource for anyone wishing to increase their soccer enjoyment and performance. I'd PM him when you get the chance.
Take care,

Besides sprinting and intervall running some agility work could help. Due to the kicking with the inside of the foot while running you need a lot of joint mobility. As far as I know most players have a dominant leg for kicking so some compensation for this unilateral load should be considered.

We're here in Columbus, Ohio for the largest multi-sport competition in the world - the Arnold Classic. I'll be on stage presenting this afternoon at the Active Aging Conference, so come say hello if you're here.
Coach Mohammed al-Mulla was a national soccer team player for Qatar - a valuable resource for CST Football!
Both Chelsea and AC Milano are CST football clubs. Keep your eyes on them!
Two of the most important exercise for football athletes?
The Side Rock-it and Side-Semi.
It builds the lateral knee and ankle strength which no other exercise can do like these. This strength agility allows the rapid changes in direction which football athletes critically need to prevent injuries. These were two of the exercises recommended for Alexander Pato of the AC Milano team when he injured his ankle in the rival match against Inter club last month.
