Upcoming CST certification

Coach Sonnon, I was thinking about attending the certification course in July, I have limited flexion in my left wrist with a ganglion. I am also inflexible in many areas. Do you think 4 months of "corrective preparation" would be enough? Thanks, Matt

I have no way to determine the severity of your preconditions. Get your doc to approve you for a highly physical weekend. Once s/he does, I look forward to seeing you at CST Epsilon!
