View Full Version : question
Are all CST instructors certified to teach the Intu-Flow movements? My tape arrived today and I was curious about this.
Thank you,

Yes, instructors are certified to teach Intu-Flow. What's your take on the DVD so far, Reba?
So far I have watched it once. Some of the moves I started doing last week from research on the internet and I have felt my hip starting to feel less restricted. I have felt some grinding and felt some popping but Scott says on the DVD that is to be expected.
The key for me will be when I get on the golf course. I plan on using some of these moves to loosen up and I hope I will not get as stiff after a round. Right now after a couple of Bud's at the 19th hole I get so stiff I almost fall down the first couple of steps after a get off the bar stool. And it is not from to many Bud's. I hope this program will alleviate some of the soreness I feel as I do love golf.
One question? Is it safe to do muscle stretches or are you supposed to wait a few weeks until you get some flexibility back in the joints. Also how many weeks does it take for the soreness in the joints to begin to disappear?
Thak you!

Hi Reba
Don't know if you saw it, but I'd posted to another link with some of your questions. http://www.rmaxinternational.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17510
You mentioned joint soreness there too, also problems with flexibility, I don't know if there's medical reasons for those issues, and even if I did, wouldn't be qualified to advise you, so it's hard to say what you might expect without talking to a medical professional.
I can tell you that in general I don't do muscle or "static" stretching any more except for some of the stretches on RMAX Powered Running, and seem to be doing just fine without it.

RebaReba, you may want to check out the Ageless MobilityŽ DVD, it has 2 bonus programs for golf and tennis. Could be helpful, but that depends on what is causing your troubles.
Joint soreness can be caused by many things and it may not have anything to do with that joint, so don't make the mistake of self-diagnosis. A thorough check by the doc is never a bad idea.
