Coaches - I'm seeking advice on some Clubbell exercises that I can use to stay strong during this baseball / softball season. I purchased a pair of 15 lb.'ers and have been working with them for around two months. I also own a (sorry) Bowflex, but find that it leaves me sore, while the Clubbell workout loosens things up and refreshes. Any basic exercises you would specifically recommend for me? I'm especially interested in keeping my legs strong. Thanks for any help you can provide. I have the basic video, but not the book.
