I was wondering if it is advisable to do intuflow practice using the mini clubbells? It seems like it would be a natural extension for movements such as the shoulder circles. I would use fewer reps to start, does anybody else use them for this purpose?

Coach Sonnon designed the Mini's to be used with the Xtension program, the complementary to IntuFlow. You'll find it is a synergistically balanced 6 degrees of freedom that integrates all the basic Clubbell movement families.

A few years ago, Coach Dan, developed a program called Mobilized Strength. It was a loaded mobility program that used the 5lb CB's. It sounds like you're looking for something like that program.

I would suggest you explore Xtension, it really is an excellent program.
