4/12/04 36sets 6reps with 15s 24min,41sec The most interesting feeling during clubbell practice today, I was really focusing on how my grip was being used , you know the when, where, how hard stuff, (smart hands). I usually train in bare feet and I could feel the muscles in my feet contracting in different patterns to create a more efficient swing and a cleaner cast (smart feet). I am looking foreward to developing it along with my hands. Very interested to see how this transfers through the body over time. Train Hard Ray Krieger.

Great observations! As stated in by Coach Sonnon, clubbells do make you smarter :wink:

Excellent observation. You can get an additional training effect from training barefoot on variable terrain such as rounded stones, sand, or grass.
