4/12/04 36sets 6reps with 15s 24min,41sec The most interesting feeling during clubbell practice today, I was really focusing on how my grip was being used , you know the when, where, how hard stuff, (smart hands). I usually train in bare feet and I could feel the muscles in my feet contracting in different patterns to create a more efficient swing and a cleaner cast (smart feet). I am looking foreward to developing it along with my hands. Very interested to see how this transfers through the body over time. Train Hard Ray Krieger.
