After watching Arlovski hit Cabbage with some serious bombs this past weekend, I was wondering if anyone knows how much Arlovski incorporates Clubbells into his training? Thanks for any insight.

I'm also interested in hearing about Andrei's training. I have read past interviews where he stated that clubbells and kettlebells are utilized but it didnt go into much detail. I had the pleasure to meet Andrei and get a picture with him last month at the M-1 russia v. usa show in atlantic city. He was more than happy to take the time to meet w/ myself and friends and is a great ambasador of the sport. He is also much thicker in person than he appears on Tv. Hope he gets the title shot he deserves.

Very cool. I look forward to the next issue. Andrei has became my favorite heavyweight in the UFC since his knockout of ian freeman. So its great to hear about his training.

Does Andre have any ROSS Training? I know CST is part of ROSS training but I'm refering to the more fighting specific kind. I think he is beautifull fighter, seems to be always in control of what he's doing, very methodical.

Daniel,
Andrei is a 2X World Sambo Champion and International Master of Sport in Sambo.
CST is not part of ROSS. It is distinct. CST and ROSS complement each other, but are mutually independent.
