I haven't, obviously, been able to read the whole site, but I did read about "Double Density Death March" on another site. I like what I read and am interested in what was alluded to...a "Double Density..." for lower body. Is there one?

This article? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/sonnon6.htm
Done properly, the two exercises Coach Sonnon uses in his double-d program include a LOT of lower body work.
But, your specific goals and level of conditioning may indicate other exercise selection. The double density program can be applied with almost any two individual density cycles. And a density cycle is just a protocol to take a single exercise up to 100 continuous reps.

Thanks for the feedback...I agree my legs get a work out...but I did see Scott made mention of developing a leg DD; just wondered if it ever came to fruition.
