I tried searching the site for more information on the 4x7 program. I have a couple of questions: Can the program be done at home without standard gym weights? Will KB's work instead of CB's? I am not a gym person, so I am hoping everything could be done at home.

Hi Jeff,

The 4x7 principals can be applied to any equipment you like. The example on the DVD uses a Clubbell, a pull up bar, and a plyo box. I did the workout in a park that had a pull up bar using my 35# Clubbell and a box I bought at Home Depot for about $20. You could substitute KB exercises for the Clubbell exercises and build or buy a cheap substitute box like I did. Same for a pull up bar. The 4x7 formula works very well for me, and I have used the principals that Coach Sonnon teaches in the DVD's and designed many programs since then to meet a variety of different goals. Hope this helps.

Dennis,

Thanks for the reply. I should be able to check out the program soon.
