Hello,
a am a newbie with Flow Fit and Into Flow. Mr. Sonnons ideas seem reasonable to me and the rmax products are generally recommended in the Dragon Door Forum which I visit quite often because of my interest in KB training.
A certified z health Personal trainer who recommends rmax DVs to his clients as very useful told me that z health could also help me for my rehab and condiitioning goals.
I studied the z health information in the www and thought that the concepts sounds good and quite similar: joint mobility, quality of movement first - in one word: inteligent training instead of mindless pumping iron or running. That is exactly my approach to training.
Now I found a post from Coach Sonnon "Stay away from z health" and I am confused. Can anybody explain me what's wrong with z health?
Thanks for your attention.
