View Full Version : Question about the 4 day workout cycle

When using coach sonnon's 4 day cycle is there any specific reason not to go over 20 minutes a day? I ask this because if I follow my current THP to the end I will find myself with an hour and a half session once every 4 days, my high intensity day. Is this reasonable for this cycle template or am I dooming myself to failure?

I haven't had time to look up your current THP if it's posted, but a general question would be, do you have the time to fit in an hour & a half workout every four days?

Another is, how is your recovery?

If you feel the need, either for more recovery or because of scheduling, you can always add in another recovery day (not another workout day though), or adjust the THP as required.

If you're cookin' on all cyclinders, feeling good, staying healthy, stressed perhaps but not strained, then see where it takes you. Keep us posted.
