I need help with a program  My problem revolves around wanting to do too much (ie, body flow, warrior wellness, club & kettles, plus my normal wrestling/catch) and not having enough time. I already do ww daily. I can only train two nights a week and Saturday/Sunday are not an option (yes i am married with children). Any suggestions?
thanks
tony

Tony,
Seriously listen to Brandon's jest. If you can't find a way, make one.
If you only have two days a week to train, then what are your goals? If it's SPP to Catch Wrestling, then you need to kick your own ass as hard as possible on the two days you can train... and use the rest of the week to recover. There are plenty of "Hard, Heavy and Infrequent" protocol examples throughout the forum.

HIIT with Clubbells as heavy as you can get them. Pour yourself into a bucket afterwards to vomit in peace.

You could also take a look at Steve Barnes' "Five minute miracle". It's a way of incrementally increasing your workload one minute at a time weekly.

You know Chris Lancaster's article Weird Science (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/23/lancaster.html) in this months CSTmag could also be a great option for you.

check it out and check back with us :)
