BrickhouseBodymind TV Episode 3 - In Praise of the Asymmetrical (http://brickhousebodymind.com/transformations/body/brickhousebodymind-tv-episode-3-in-praise-of-asymmetry-the-sweeney-todd-movements)

Featuring a brief discussion of asymmetry in movement and a demo of Andrey Lappa's vertical movements (from Dance of Shiva) - what I imagine are Sweeney Todd's favorite joint mobility exercises.

Hope ya'll enjoy!

Cool Philip!

I've been doing some asymmetric movements with the IntuFlow elbow circles and arm swings. It's really challenging but great once it becomes second nature. The movements are constructed with the same thought process you use.

Your video gave me the idea to combine elbow circles with shoulder swings in the same movement. There are really endless possibilities and an endless amount of crazy dances you can make.

with care,
~Luke

I love the dancing comment! I use JM stuff like Dance of Shiva and Intu-Flow all the time at my jammy hippie shows and festivals.

Dance on!
