Hello Tribe,
Charlie McCarthy here. Been more of a lurker than a participater, jumpin in here and there for some questions. Those little performance goblins have been seeping through the castle walls for a little while but I'm onto them and am starting the counter assault. Will be training with Coach Yakimovich real soon again (Can't wait to start grappling in x amount of feet of snow :D ). I also was suffering from some digestion problems and have pretty much resolved the issue, so if any one has any questions maybe I can direct to some resources that have helped me tremendously. Right now I'm very interested in Zdorovye, Body-Flow, WW and the teachings of Weston A. Price (Absolutely mind blowing information [I see the turning point of evolution here :shock: ] check out www.westonaprice.org). Great organization to be apart of and I feel very blessed to come across such great info and people.
