This is the age old question, if you could have only one wing of CST which of the three would it be, CB? Intu flow/ageless mobility? Prasara? I realize that this will be like picking your favorite kid for some of you, impossible to do, but deep down you always have a fav!!!

For me, intuflow, hands down. I'm not sure I could start my day without it.

I've been practicing CST nearly five years now, and there is no way I could pick just one. The deeper you go into CST and realize how they dovetail together, each wing supporting the other, it would be a very hard choice.
