Hey guys,

I was wondering if you guys could help me design a Clubbell program. Before, I used them as a part of a whole workout. For the next couple of weeks, though, I'd like to mix things up a little and just concentrate on Clubbells and some bodyweight work (like Scrapper's workout). I have two 15 pounders. I don't have the CB book yet, but I do have the vid. I'd like something short (time-wise) and intense. For goals, I don't really have any specific ones just now, I'd just like a change of pace from my normal routine and learn more about my Clubbells. Thanks!
