Audio Ageless mobility

I am looking for a review on how easy it is to follow along with the audio ageless mobility.

If you only have the audio, I'm not sure how that would work. I was already familiar with the DVD, so found no problem following along with just the audio. Still, Coach is verbally descriptive of each move, so I think it wouldn't be too tough to figure out. Plus there's always the "pause" button. :)

I have been doing intuflow for about 2 years now, so I have an idea of the moves, but Im sure there are some new moves no??

Yes there are, and as long as I'd been doing WW/I-F, I felt those new moves the day or two after my first session of Ageless Agility.

The first half is standing, second half is more "ground-based" yoga.

The DVD is worth it.
