A few weeks ago I finished the full 3 month training progession of Coach Steers "Resolution" program.

I believe the premise for the program was something along the lines of: "A head start for your 2008 goals" or something like that.

Having complete the program I can confidently state that that is exactly what I got.

My goals coming into the program (and still continuing) are:

1. Increase strength and mobility in my hips - tracked by the flat-foot squat pose.

2. Gain knowledge and experience in preperation for a CST certification seminar.

3. Have an increase in lean-body mass (lowest priority).

The program started slow and very much with some GPP and basic strength building movements and from there progressed incrementally but also, in a way, exponentially up to finishing with a full 40 minute endurance and mental toughness metabolic resistance circuit which really proved to me my limits had increased.

I finished the program and took some downtime and actually felt like I had regressed. In the week after the program I felt a little stiff and ordinary, I honestly didn't think much had changed.

And then I started my new program and I was amazed to find that my quality of movement had increased dramatically. I can sit comfortably in a flat-foot squat and my forward bend has improved beyond what I thought even at the finish of the program.

In addition to this I gained both physical and mental experiences that have given me enough knowledge to confidently continue with my goals.... and, when the time arises, create plans to achieve new ones.

My last goal, lean body mass, was sort of pushed to the back in place of mobility. Nevertheless I put on about 2kg at the same time ending up with a more 'cut' appearance (loss of fat).

Thanks Coach Steer for your experience, advice and planning!!!

I look forward to working with you in Singapore!
