Does anyone have any thoughts on compensations for drummers?
I've been playing drums for about a year and a half and started thinking about compensations. Maybe I can show some to my teacher, he could probably use some.
Thanks.

Off the top of my head, these Asanas should be very helpful:
Seated Spinal Twist to compensate for the hi-hat and bass drum leg straddle
Prone Scorpions to compensate for the hip flexor acivation on bass and hi-hat foot work.
Depending on spinal alignment used during drum playing, plough pose may be beneficial.
I would also include Clubbell®® backward circles and reverse mills to compensate for the arm movements.
Intu-Flow® is of course... essential.

Seal Walks and locust pose would also be important to compensate for the overspecialization of the grip and the tendency to keep the arms bent.
