Check it out:

I haven't been able to get my hands on one of these yet but it looks very intriguing to me and very CST-compatible.
Certainly and improvement over the usual endless repetitions of push-ups and sit-ups.
I'm thinking of getting some of these for my unit.
Any thoughts or impressions?

It's a good tool. I found with basic exercises it was much too easy - lacking the challenge of Rings with the same exercises. I found the "45 degree angle Row" to be a joke - I'm sure most people would too. Couldn't quite figure out how the top 25 degrees was supposed be challenging as gravity was clearly supporting me . I'm not sure how high you would have to set them up to do real pulling exercises from underneath them.
There seems to be a lot of exercises that can be done with your feet in the straps - something that can't really be done with Rings (unless you have size 22 feet to secure you). That to me would be what I would play with the most if I were to get TRX straps of my own. I'm not sure how much room there is for sophistication - especially in relation the cost. I would do a search to find more advanced exercises with them - especially with feet in the straps. Most of the tutorials I have seen has been with conventional exercises with not much sophistication.

Thanks for the input Sean.
Unfortunately I wasn't in on the demo here at Bragg so I haven't been able to try this out myself yet.
I'll have to see if I can get my hands on one around here somewhere and play around with it.
