I am new here but glad to have found this protocol.

My question regards my toes. I have done years of martial arts and athletic activities and in that process have injured my toes more times than I can count. Standing or sitting on the balls of my feet is very painful. What can I do to alleviate the pain and get ROM back in the toe joints?

Have you been to a medical person or body worker about this? That might be a good place to start in case arthritis or other issues are involved.

Self-administered foot massage helped get my feet more "mobile", along with gently "wringing" them like a washcloth. Ankle rolls, as in IntuFlow while not strictly addressing the foot, might still be helpful to you, but a professional who knows what they're looking at would no doubt have many more ideas as well as helping to define the problems.
