Reads like a solid practice schedule. Optimally, practice one exercise for at least two weeks before cycling to another. Even when you cycle back, you'll discover nuances you didn't realize. But this will give you a solid base for CST Epsilon.

Thanks Coach Sonnon for your advice, I'm really looking forward to the seminar and becoming a CST Instructor and spreading the word to my fellow Philadelphians about the great benefits of CST. :P

Nice! I like it!

I hope you don't mind if I borrow some ideas from you for my own program. I will be posting my next program in a week, once I've finished my current Swipe Density program.

Thanks Jason,

I don't mind at all!!! I just recieived the BE BREATHED video, it is really informational and awesome . I have a lot of practice to do with my spinal flexibility, so I'll probably throw in a few more BE BREATHED sessions during the week.

Coach Sonnon great job on the BE BREATHED video!!!!

Take care and I'll see everybody in July!!! :P
