Can anyone tell me the duration of the BodyFlow video/s? Is it one tape or three?

Three excellent tapes, with a total time of about 100 minutes, I'd reckon. The tapes are best used with the Bodyflow (http://www.rmax.tv/bodyflow.html) book. Some truly unbelievable demonstrations!

Steve - is that 100 minutes in total or 100 mins per tape?

Is it possible to get by with the video alone?
