Got a sneak peek at Coach Szolek's new book this weekend, Core Cadre Curriculum. If you enjoy training with Clubbells and have yearned for an depth exposition of Density Training and Combination Routines, this is the book! Full of examples, photos, detailed instruction, and suggested routines, you will find more than enough to keep you exploring and having fun for a long time. From the 100 Rep Death March to Active Recovery to the 3D Performance Pyramid, Coach Szolek presents the heart and soul of Circular Strength Training with a maturity and depth of understanding you simply won't find any where else.

I recommend this little tome to any and all who wish to find the 'core' of their own training and explore the cutting edge of their own human potential. Coach Szolek is a living, breathing example of the amazing transformation CST can bring about in someone who is willing to push themself, explore his or her strengths and continue to grow beyond any assumed limitations. He will inspire and motivate you to deepen and enrich your own daily practice.

Get it! You'll be happy you did.

I was pleased to receive Doug's CST Core Cadre Curriculum last night.

This manual adheres to the concept "teach the man to fish rather than give him a fish". Although perhaps originally written for the more experienced knuckledragger, I believe the information contained within, is easily accessible for the beginner.

The concepts are presented concisely and succinctly.

The large number of sequential photos is particularly valuable.

Doug's personable nature and openness comes across in his writing.

I would be comfortable giving this book to any of my kids at school, ranging from Intellectually Impaired to Gifted & Talented, knowing each could glean something that would improve their training. I would be equally comfortable giving the manual to any of my training partners, knowing they too would continue to glean much.

Well done, Doug.

Cheers
