The "falling" thread twanged something in the ol' noggin.
Here's an interesting site that came up over at Aikiweb a while back.

Specifically, take a look at this clip (2.8mb).

Excellent!
I always held back doing that kind of stuff when I was tempted, I didn't want to have to explain to anyone that I wanna be Batman.
But now I can just tell them, "I'm doing Le Parkour!"

Dude those guys are amazing, a friend first sent me that link about two weeks ago and I watched it in an internet cafe. I think when I suddenly yelled "Oh my God!" everybody assumed I was some degenerate watching donkey porn
Those crazy frenchmen were recently the subject of a fantastic Channel 4 (UK) documentary called 'Jump! London' where they crossed a London without moving along the ground, the scaled walls jumped from building to building, swang from lamposts. Really truely phenomenal

You don't happen to know if that's online anywhere?
Speaking of crazy things , a few days ago we were doing sprawl drills. If you've ever done more than 10 sprawls in a row, you pretty much know how that sucks ;)
Anyway, the guy next me goes "stuff this" and starts WAVING down. I nearly shat kittens. Kinda looked like the front ground engagement from Zdorovye series. Actually, it looks exactly like this -

The 40 was a nice touch 8)
I was working at an advertising agency last year in Sydney, Australia and they were working on several european Nike commericials that featured these guys. Man the increadible things they can do!
I'll talk to the creative director and see if I can post up these commercials for your viewing pleasure =)
Le Pakour was the first thing I thought of when someone introduced me to Body Flow.
