You could try the website for the Oaks Group which have some cheap accommodation close by, or the Metro Hotel. There's a bit of a walk from there but it's not too much.

Hi,

I practice Vinyasa at the moment but after following Adam Steer and seeing him demonstrating some of Prasara Yoga I got very intrigued.

I would like to experience Prasara Yoga before learning the whole circular strength training. Is there anyone that teaches in Brisbane, Australia?
