Hello,

I do alot of bodyweight/cable training for martial arts endurance and am wondering what is the best way to add the bruiser about 2x a week for strength?
Do I need to do any kind of periodization for this?

Joe,

If you can handle the training load, then 2X/wk add on a 4-6 week Bruiser Density cycle. Try and schedule your Clubbell work the most distant from your skill work due to the high difficulty level (needing the most recovery.)

Post your entire load to the PROGRAM LOGS.
