Scott,

I posted the announcements for the german seminar in different german forums. In the last weeks I tried to answer some questions about the seminar, clubbell training and the CST concepts... as far as I can. One of the main concerns is that this is announced as a certification seminar. Could you give some informations about what will be certified? - What are the requirements for a certification? - Will the TBF expected to be done with the 6kg- or 8kg-C-of-C-clubs? - You may remember that the 8kg club is more compareable to the 15p clubbell because of the different center of mass.

This will involve a Clubbell Certification workshop and a Kettlebell Certification workshop.

The Clubbell workshop will teach the foundational 16 lifts, and the Kettlebell workshop the foundational 12 lifts.

We will have authentic Clubbells in Germany by that time, so we'll be using the 15lbs, but if people want to prepare with c-o-c clubs, use the 8kg, since the 6kg club is entirely too light due to the shortness of length.

Thanks for your reply, Scott.

I forwarded the informations. There are also some concerns what basics of IntuFlow and Prasara mean. I said due to IntuFlow they can't go wrong with the beginner level but due to Prasara? - Are they really expected to master all the poses form the instructional DVD or will all the required material trained at the seminar?

I hope you are doing well and don't work too much ;)

No, they're not expected to know Prasara, only be prepared with FlowFit. This is a Clubbell and Kettlebell certification, not a full CST IC.

Oh! I sleep better after I finally finished the CFRP-Titanium specimens for the Ariane Booster. I hope I will never have to work with Titanium again.
