Well just noticed this section and thought it would be a privilege to kick it off. I trained with Ryan Murdock and Vik Hothi recently in Berkshire. The timing of the seminar was great as I have only recently come across this material and fitness philosophy. I have been immensely encouraged by the wholistic approach taken and the possibility of staged development. The seminar really was helpful and now I'm looking forward to developing in CST. Thankyou both again to Vik and especially Ryan for the excellent teaching and encouraging outlook.
Vik I am hoping that you will be guiding us in the UK development of CST. I would like to learn more directly as well as from the DVD's. Thankyou Ryan for your advice on where to start. Your encouraging and positive approach was a blessing.
Shalom

Hey Joshua,

Welcome to the forum!

We're working on another big event for the springtime. Stay tuned to the forum for announcements... ;)

And if there's anything we can do to help you get oriented, please don't hesitate to post!

Thanks Ryan. You advised beginning with intuflow which I will follow through on. I tried the met con workout we did at the seminar two days ago and it went well. I warmed up using the flowfit protocol ( I think the 6 varied plane moves repeated). I would like to discover which of the DVD's is the best to follow through on that aspect as there is a range. I use kettlebells for strength training and will explore clubbells sometime next year subject to availability and cost in the UK, Vik mentioned the possibility of supply over here eventually?
