If you only wanted to choose one or possibly two exercises/combos you do with Clubbells for ultimate shoulder and grip training what would be the most evil

I am looking at a minimalist approach which would yield the highest results of shoulder strength-endurance.

Granted the field of CST is new and there are combos out there that I haven't tried yet, so my vote would go for the 100 rep muscle outs with two clubbells. But this only works them in one direction. Please, comments anyone?

Chris,
You can't go wrong with the OCS events of Swipes and Mills as hitting all six degrees of freedom - all three dimensions of strength endurance. Hey! That would be an excellent domain name for a CST Instructor's website! 8)

Thanks coach

I had a feeling that was the answer, but I didn't know the reasoning behind it. Now I do - the six degrees of freedom!

One that I'm kind of fond of this combo:

1. Crucifix.
2. L arm shoulder cast/R armpit cast to muscle out.
3. R arm shoulder cast/L armpit cast to muscle out.
4. Head casts to torch presses

Brandon that sounds like some kind of demented Tyco Drum set up. I love it :D

Chris, I'm really liking the potential of the Samson Cast, I can't wait for my next Functional Hypertrophy cycle to really put them to work.
