Ryan Murdock and I are wheels-up soon for NYC to teach a Clubbell® Fitness Certification workshop for a closed-door audience of the Master Trainers from 3 of the exclusive Equinox Health Club facilities. Equinox has chosen to launch Clubbell® Fitness classes across its vast network of prestigious health clubs. Watch out: people may just be approaching you asking to try out your Clubbells rather than calling them "black bats.";)
To those of you who already contacted me about private sessions, I apologize. I've already reserved any free time for my celebrity clients who I promised the time to. I don't get to work with them very often due to their schedule.
