In anticipation of my Clubbells' arrival on my doorstep, I have been studying the Big Book of Clubbell Training. I must say it's very interesting and informative, especially as to the origins of this wonderful system.
In it Scott credits Baron Nils Posse with being the first "to introduce the distinction between linear training with dumbbells and barbells and Circular Strength Training with leverage lifting." (p 35) Would it be accurate to say that the word "circular" in the brand Circular Strength Training was actually derived as a reference to the curved paths of the athletic weight swinging component?
