Hello Doug,
I just purchased a pair of 20lb clubbells that i want to incorporate into my training program. I am currently using kettlebells whick I really enjoy and I am doing body weight exercises. I am looking for functional strength. I usually try to do some form of exercise 5 to 6 days aweek depending on my work schedule. I want to still build strength and not gain alot of weight and also need endurance for my job. I am in Law Enforcement. I am currently 6'1" 195lbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to you returning to AZ.
