I am a 36 y/o retired desk jock(retired about 1 year) looking to build functional strength. I started strength and conditioning training 2 years ago under Pavel Tsatsouline. Before that I studied a striking martial art called Wun Hop Kuen Do for 2 and a half years. I have trained with kettlebells for over two years so far.

I have known about R.O.S.S. for almost 5 years now but haven't done anything about it until about January of this year when I started in earnest with Zdorovye. I found it extremely beneficial to my health. For those who don't know I rehabiliated a badly herniated disk in l4-l5 with Zdorovye and continue to strengthen it with Warrior Wellness.

I started using clubbells so that I could attend a recent CST seminar. I signed up for the CST mainly because I highly regard the excellent work Scott Sonnon has done in bringing to us this unique type of training and I wanted to train under him. So since May of this year I have been training with clubbells in earnest. I love them, CST is the training of the next millenium and beyond!

I'm glad to be part of this tribe and look forward to reaching my full athletic potential in the months and years ahead. I am really looking forward to becoming the most powerful I can be and this tribe is helping me. In return I will share my progress.
