I've been working out since i was 14 ( I'm now 36) about a year ago i had hernia surgery, couldn't work out for quite awhile, and gained about 30 pounds ( i'm 5 ft 4 and weigh about 172) i'm having a hard time "getting back into training".

In the past i've found that bodyweight conditioning has given me the best results as far as losing weight and staying fit but because of my current work schedule and family obligations i don't have time for the high reps that bodyweight conditioning requires.

I have a total gym, about 200 pounds of free weights (dumbells and barbells) a 11 pound medicine ball,a pull up/ dip station, a treadmill, elliptical strider,an ab wheel, jump rope and numerous martial arts mats.

i would like to lose the 30 pounds, be strong, and get my conditioning back without having to spend 3 hours a day doing it.(i'm not afraid of working hard, i just don't have that kind of time).

can anyone give me some suggestions or sample workouts?
Thanks,
Jeff
