Some people posted warnings about problems that can be caused by taking the water thing to crazy levels. Most are related to marathoners and triathete's who lose ALOT of sweat and replace it with pure water thus dangerously diluting body chemistry. There was an article in the New York Times magizine this weekend about a guy who took a long suana and did the same thing.

Although hopefully no one would be that dumb, here is what I'm doing for a little insurance.

I used to use this when I was doing more running and triathlons. Now that I'm drinking more and running more I have started to use it again. Similar to cytomax but 2 friends who own the top 2 running stores in the area tell me this is the stuff they see at elite track meets. It has no simple sugars and is specifically a body chemistry replenisher as opposed to a carb drink.

Bill I have been following the water topic; thanks for opening it.

I can accidently get dehydrated too. Does it really take 24 hours to fill up again? I heard that somewhere.

Fer instance, Saturday noon I realized I had not been drinking enough, and I was going to be exerting myself on Saturday night. I started drinking right away but at go time, I could feel the telltale loss of full juice if you know what I mean. .
