i wanted to design a new thp and would like some suggestions.
I need to improve my punching power, and build my strength in my body as i find when sparring these are the problems i come across, also my legs get fatigued and my punches aren't fast enough. I know i can't work on everything also this is for amateur boxing 3 times 2 min rounds. I have quite a fewrmax resourses and clubbells.

sarfraz,
You want to have enough work capacity for three rounds (2 mins rounds) as your main objective, right?
First ask your boxing coach for his or her insight on your conditioning and weaknesses. Do you have a boxing coach? I am assuming you should have one since you are competing in an amateur boxing bout.
Secondly, how long do you have in preparation time until this boxing bout?
Third, what is your present conditoning program now?
How many days do train a week?
What are the levels of intensity are your workouts?
What movements/exercises are you doing?
What is the volume of your exercises/movements?
What is your resting heart rate?
What are your target heart zones?
Do you have any known medical or health conditions that is limiting you from competition?
Is your boxing skills decent under competitive stress?
Generally speaking a 4x7 program may be your ticket to a successful and healthy conditioning program. RESET DVD is a must for all athletes!

Volume is amount of work is being done. For example how many sets of reps.

As I can say is get your arse in the boxing gym and work. I think that is the most you can do now. Train daily and follow your boxing coach's instruction. I have found that when you get your arse in the boxing gym daily, sweat, and listen to your coach, you will gain more results than thinking. BTW, if you can answer each of my question clearly, I can be of more help to you.

Coach Tran is right on the money. When you're talking about combat sports training, or any sport training for that matter, trying to figure it all out on your own is just plain trying to wear too many hats. Like with everything you need to assemble a competant team to handle your training. What happens too often is that people want to second guess their coach before they are in a position to do so. Find a coach, do what they say and stick with them until you reach an evaluation point. A point where you can decide if what they've been teaching you and the way in which they've been training you works for you. Once you're there you can start evaluating and making adjustments.

the levels of intensity are usually high maybe too high i think i will add more rest, i have been watching the 4 by 7 dvd and i am quite interested in following this. the movements and exercises i used were all clubbell exexercises from the ballistic book using 15s one handed the swing, hammer, mills etc i dont know what my resting heart rate is as my monitor doesnt work but i have been using reset method for about 2 months. my heart rate is probably at 170 when training the ballistic method since it feels the same as when i used to measure my heart rate, but sometimes higher when i perform sprints at the gym. i have no medical problems, my skills have only recently improved under stress as before i would tend to brawl instead of use my skills, after reading coach jones article on the importance of defense i have improved in sparring by focusing on defense. Also the reason that i did not see gains on the ballistic protocol was problably not having enough time 2 get used to using the 15s or something in the gpp period was done wrong thanks again for your help.

That's awesome, Sarfraz. If more people understood that one thing their skills would skyrocket. Before you can win you have to be able to get in position to throw good shots, before you can do that you have to be able to survive and those things come from good defense.
Good on ya'.
