Well, here's the scoop...

I'm still putting it together. It's the gods-honest truth that I have shot it (several times), it's been edited several more and it was my intention to bring the finished product with me to the last IC.

Didn't happen.

This year there will be material released, however, I don't have a definitive date on the release of a "complete" series. Most likely, it's impossible. Far too much information and "mastery" of one aspect simply opens doors to others so, more than likely, look for more smaller releases rather than one all-encompassing package.

I understand. You will put your name on it so you want to be content with it. I'm kind of glad that I will have a dead-line for my dissertiation or it won't be finshed for decades.

Smaller releases are fine. I guess many of us are looking for an idea how to improve their movement, structure and breathing applying CST principles in their MA. So episodes like "How to develop mobility and structure for striking", "How to develop a good stance/footwork for striking" etc. would be a good start.

And a downloadable format would at least make us non-US-resindents happy ;-)

Ok, so Ive been off forums a while... how is Flox Box the DVD/download....etc doing?

Well, clearly I didn't make the deadline of this year.

It WILL come out...eventually. There's a lot o things going on that have been building over this last year. A MAJOR project which looks to be coming to fruition with announcements to be made soon has taken me away from the project for most of this past year.

Again, sorry to everyone who has been waiting for Flowbox on DVD. It will be coming out, I just won't be able to get back to it until this other project is done.

If you've seen the last RMAX Magazine, you know what the "other project" i've been working on is.

As you can imagine this has been taking up the vast majority of my waking (and sleeping hours).

The Flowbox material will come out, what form it will take (whether a DVD, downloadables or both) is going to depend on a lot of factors. 150% of those factors have to do with the gym.

I don't have a link to the article, but feel free to ask any questions you have and ill get to them ASAP.

Good News!!

We're currently working on the first in a series of downloadables in the Flowbox series.

The first release will be on Mittwork (from performance to technical) and will be ready to go (hopefully ;)) by the end of the month.

The first release will contain components which can be added to either your fitness program or more dilligently applied to enhance and skyrocket your performance in striking.

The format has been re-tooled and refined to make it more accessible and easier to learn.

More to come on this but until then, here's a clip of some of our athletes ( from two weeks ago and with a month and a half of training mind you ) hard at work with some of the material...
