Knuckledraggers,
This semester has seen a lot of ups and downs for me, but with only a few interruptions, I've held to the diet and exercise plans that I developed with the help of this board, a training regimen consisting of CST, Inner Circle and Body by Fish agonizing joy. Thank you all!
I must say, i'm quite happy with the results. My bodyfat is *much* lower than it was at the start of this semester, I've never been closer to being able to do a pullup or seen as much muscle on my frame. My close friends and family tell me I look more healthy and fit every time I visit them.
Beginning of the semester: 225#, 6' 2"
Now: 204#
Loss: All fat.
Beginning Dumbbell Bench: 80#x5/3s Now: 100#x5/3s (Not much for most folks, but I use to struggle to do one pushup.)
Iron T beginning: 20# Now 25#
ect.
I have not kept up with my warrior wellness and am starting to feel it, so this week I will be focusing on active recovery and disciplining myself to a habit of daily WW routines. I'm looking forward to this summer more than I have since high school, since I will be "enjoying my suffering" in many new ways, one of which will hopefully be a black 15# thumper of my very own. :D
Respectfully,
Jesse Wells
