I was just wondering what, if any, were the differences between "Mastering the Saddle" and "Sambo Uncaged" (The Century video set). Obviously in Sambo Uncaged the dvd's can be purchased separately which is a plus when it comes to money, but I was more concerned with differences in content.

monkeysuncle, while they deal with closely related material, the intent of each set is different.

"saddle" focuses on principles and proper mechanics. "uncaged" focuses on specific submissions.

if you are planning on investigating this material, start with "saddle". spend your time there until you have a good solid understanding of that set. then move on to "uncaged".
